GROUT

DESCRIPTION

GROUT is composed of precisely graded, pure crystalline, marble powder, a blend of special cements, water repellent materials, oxide colors and plasticizers.

GROUT dose not curl up during application and gives a wear and weather resistant joint with no shrinkage cracks.

APPLICATION

GROUT diagonally into the joints with a rubber edged spatula. Remove excess grout with a moist sponge before drying.

Do not apply grout to an area, which is so large that it cannot be completed within an hour. Porous tiles should be moistened with water before grouting.

After the grout has dried and before it has hardened, polish the tiles with a clean, dry cloth leaving the joints flush with the tiles. Moisten the joints with a wet sponge after 24 hours of grouting.

It is easy applied and because of its unique composition dose not shrink when dry.

Use

SURFACE PREPARATION: Before applying power fix – GROUT, clean the joints and edges of tiles and ensure that it is free of exceed tile fixing mortar.

MIXING: thoroughly mix power fix – GROUT in the ratio of

1 liter Water to 3 kg Power fix – GROUT powder. Allow it to stand for 15 minutes before using. Stir again before use.
