Tiles Adhesive

Surface Preparation
Before application ensure that all surfaces are clean, dry, sound and free from dust, grease or any other contaminating barrier, make good any unsound areas and remove flaky or peeling layers before tilling. Sprinkle curing water before 30 minutes of tilling on walls.
Allow at least 4 weeks before tilling on to newly plastered surface
Procedure
Add gradually 3 part of power and one part of water in to a trey and mix it to a smooth, workable, stiff paste, keep the paste as it is for 5 minutes and then mix it again. Use notched trowel with 6 X 6 mm notches at 12 mm c/c.
Use with in 60 minutes of mixing. Do not attempt to extend the pot life by adding more water to mix.
Coverage
Theoretical coverage (at 3 – 6 mm bedding Thickness) is approximately 45 to 50 sq. ft per 40 kg bag
